Description

The students should be introduced to the newspaper reports prior to the task, and have spent time learning about the key components of a newspaper report.

Three one-hour-writing sessions were allocated for this task. Each student must plan, draft, edit, proofread then publish this piece of newspaper report based on an alternative story of The Three Little Pigs. Students are required to construct individual reports, however they can be encouraged to assist one another with editing and proofreading. Computers may be used for the publication phase.
